How it works

From sign-up to your first sale in an afternoon

No installation and no training course. Here is what the first day looks like.

  1. 1

Create your account with your mobile number. We send a code by SMS to confirm it, and your free trial starts straight away.

    • No card needed
    • About two minutes
  2. 2

    Set up your shop

Add your shop details, branches and staff. Give each person a role and a discount limit.

    • Trade licence and BIN on receipts
    • Roles for every staff member
  3. 3

    Add your products

Import your Excel sheet with prices, or add items one by one. Sizes and colours become variants; rice and dal sell by the kilo.

    • Excel or CSV import with a preview
    • Barcodes made for items that have none
  4. 4

    Stock in and print labels

Enter the supplier's invoice. Stock comes in at cost, the supplier's due is updated, and you print price labels for the new items.

    • Moving average cost
    • Barcode labels in any quantity
  5. 5

    Sell at the counter

Scan, take cash, bKash, Nagad or card, print the receipt. Hold a bill when the customer forgets something, and recall it later.

    • Barcode scanner and keyboard shortcuts
    • Split payment and change
  6. 6

    Close the day

Each cashier closes the shift and counts the cash. See sales, profit, dues and low stock, and remind customers who owe you.

    • Cashier closing
    • Profit, stock and dues reports

Questions shop owners ask

Is my data safe?

Each shop's data is kept separate, every change is recorded in an audit log, and staff only see what their role allows.

Which hardware do I need?

Any laptop or desktop with a browser, a USB barcode scanner and an 80 mm thermal receipt printer. A label printer is optional — labels also print on A4 sheets.

Can my staff use it in Bangla?

Yes. Every screen is available in Bangla and English, and each person can choose their own language.

Which payment methods can my customers use?

Cash, bKash, Nagad, card and bank at the counter, or several of them on one bill. In the online shop: cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad or card.

Can I sell loose rice and oil?

Yes. Set the unit to kg or litre and type the weight (for example 1.25 kg). Weighing-scale barcodes are supported too.

Do you help with training and setup?

Yes. We can show you and your staff how to use it over the phone or WhatsApp, and help you set up your shop.

I use Excel or other software now. Can I move?

Yes. Import your products, opening stock, customer dues and supplier payables from Excel or CSV. Importing the same file twice does not create duplicates.
